coaching

Coaching is a newer venture for me, but one that feels like a natural extension of everything I’ve done so far. I’ve trained with the NeuroLeadership Institute in Brain-Based Conversation Skills and am now completing the Brain-Based Coaching Toolkit programme. My focus is on helping people think clearly, lead confidently, and perform at their best – whether they’re stepping into senior leadership roles or preparing for that next big move.

I work one-to-one with executives and aspiring leaders to accelerate growth, build resilience, and develop the leadership habits that sustain long-term success. I’m equally passionate about supporting early-career professionals – helping them build the skills and mindset they need to progress, particularly where that supports social mobility.

Coaching, at its best, isn’t about giving answers – it’s about asking the right questions. The data shows that great leaders rarely grow alone. It takes a network of support – a village – to thrive, and I’m committed to being part of that for the people I work with.
