Executive Transition Coaching (ETC) is a joint venture between Anvower Advisory and Found:Re, designed specifically for private equity investors and corporates managing C-suite transitions. It helps you de-risk senior leadership moves, shorten time-to-impact, and make the leadership element of your value-creation plan explicit, measurable, and coach-supported.
Every CxO move is a value thesis, not just a hire. ETC supports you at three critical stages: backing a new investment, managing integrations or carve-outs, and making changes/ replacements to leadership teams, including new appointments to the C-level. We build a clear role and value profile linked to your deal thesis, create a recruitment scorecard focused on value-creation rather than generic competencies, and use this to shape onboarding, incentives, and expectations from day one.
Once appointed, we work with the Board/ Chair, CEO, investors/ PE sponsor and ExCo to co-create a 90-day and 12-month value plan, map organisational drivers, and provide structured transition coaching over the first nine months in role. The result is faster alignment, a more deliberate and effective onboarding process, and visible progress against EBITDA and other organisational metrics. In short, ETC offers a de-risked route to rapid value creation by combining recruitment discipline, leadership integration, and executive performance coaching into a single, outcome-focused service.

In this article, I reflect on what it really means to own outcomes and share why having a plan – and a coach and/ or mentor – can make all the difference when the stakes are high and the path ahead uncertain
